QUALITY POLICY

The CP Group is totally committed to the delivery of a high quality, professional service to all our customers. The scope of CP Group’s business activity encompasses distribution, importation, export, and manufacture of tiles and associated products, with particular emphasis on innovative decorative concepts.

CP Group recognizes the importance of quality standards and the key role of quality in the past, current and continued success of the business. As part of our continued commitment to quality, we base our efforts on the principle that effective implementation of systems, which reflect both customer and business requirements, will result in the continuous satisfaction of customer needs.

This commitment is based on the implementation of an accredited management system that reflects the business values of the company. This management system is defined in a documented management manual, which provides clear standards and guidelines in all the appropriate areas of the Company’s activities.

It is the policy of the CP Group to achieve quantifiable improvement through self-appraisal, and the planning and setting of specified and measurable quality objectives by the Management Team and through a Management Review process.

It is the intent of the company that its management system will, at a minimum, satisfy the requirements of the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Systems standard. We are presently working with the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) and their Manufacturers Advisory Service (MAS) to achieve full accreditation for our quality management system.

Through these various measures, we deliver superior solutions to our customers’ needs and requirements, on a consistent and continual basis.
